How long does carpet take to dry after steam cleaning?

It depends on the carpet, the weather and airflow. We speed-dry before we leave; open a window or run the air-con to help, and stay off it in socks until it is dry.

Can you remove pet urine smells?

Yes. We use an enzyme urine treatment that breaks down the source of the odour instead of masking it. Badly soaked underlay may need replacing; we will tell you before we start.

Do I need to move furniture?

We move light furniture like chairs and side tables. Please clear small items and anything fragile before we arrive.
